Cadify Ver. 1.1.107

Zip and Upload the only needed parts in a service run.
Based on current “private/local” Cadify Library we upload some part/assemblies into raw folder, but we use only one from them. (or as many library part we added to the model)
Now we only update that one which is included in the generated model.

Delete Component from TreeView with context menu:
Currently we are allow to remove part or assembly only from “Components” or “Cadify Library” folder.

Delete Component from Solidworks FeatureManager Design Tree:
I expect a lot of bug on this one so feel free to create a huge test report on it.
